" My name is Jahsen and I will do my best not to get long winded. I love Cowboy Honda but justly so. I have been riding now for thirteen years and have dealt with many different service companies across the country. However not one has ever come close to the way I have been treated at Cowboy. My bike has been serviced at the location in Kyle since around the time the shop opened at the dealer and every single time its like dropping in on old friends. The staff at the Service Department, Parts, Sales, Accessories Department simply everyone there treats you like a friend and they are always eager to help no matter what it is. Most places people will only help you if they think they will get a gain out of it somehow. I deal mainly with the service department and I have never met a greater bunch of folks. Kobe, Jerry, Paul, Travis, and everyone there are the best at what they do. Even now while I am serving another deployment in Iraq I am able to coordinate with Jerry and Kobe to make sure my bike is at its peek performance for when I get home in June. Other places would not have gone though the trouble. Thank you to EVERYONE at Cowboy Honda, you are the greatest!"

"I shopped all over the state when I decided to get a new bike. The best place in Texas was in my back yard.
Following the purchase which was a pleasant experience last June (I was one of their earliest customers), their service and support has been nothing short of exceptional. They guys in there mostly know me by name now, but they treated me that way since day one. They've gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
I generally do not like dealerships, but this is absolutely the exception to that rule. Great place, Great service, Great people."

"Just wanted to compliment your dealership for the good service I got on 2/26/09. I got a call on 2/25/09 informing me a clutch kit for the new CBR1000RR I bought there 1/15/09 was in for the service campaign replacement. I set up an appointment for 10am, asking if I could wait while the job was being done since I live in north austin so dropping it off would be a hassle. No problem he said, job would take about two hours. Got there about 9:45 and talked to Charlie Henderson. He was helpfull and professional, got my bike right in. I asked him if I could see the new part and he went one better, offering to let me see all the parts when the bike was opened up in the shop! Hell yes! About an hour later Charlie invited me back to the shop where I met Neil Manning the tech working on my bike. He showed me all the parts, the subtile differences between the old and new kits and gave me solid answers to some technical questions I had. Neil knows his stuff and I got a verry good feeling about him working on my bike. Right at 11:45, Charlie told me it was ready. That made it two hours total in/out time, just what I was told. This is the way to do business.

"Once again I had a great experience at Cowboy Honda! I just bought my wife a 08 shadow spirit. David in sales took great care of me. He never pushed me to buy a bike, never called my phone and bugged me to buy. He showed my wife how to handle the bike, David made her feel very comfortable. This is my second purchase from Cowboy, and I'm glad I found Cowboy Honda!! Trust me they will take care of your every motorcycle need. When I got the bike it was washed and ready to ride! Abby also knew what gear that worked best for my wife, we got everything thing she needed to ride. Everyone went above and beyond what they had to do to make us happy. "I bought a new cbr1000rr last week and Cowboy Honda sold it to me for a great price. Jerry over there made my buying expericence very easy and with zero pressure. Jerry took care of the sale from start to finish and never made me feel that he has other things to do.
